Arrival and Briefing Upon arrival, you will receive a comprehensive safety briefing from the certified “Ranger” guides and be fitted with a harness, helmet, and gloves. Lockers are available for personal belongings.

The Course: The adventure begins by crossing a suspension bridge from the historic Old Pump House. You then follow trails and move from platform to platform via a series of zip-lines, some short and others longer (up to 328 feet), crisscrossing a gorge high above the trees. Some packages also include aerial walkways, a tree house stop, and rope challenge elements.

Scenery and Atmosphere: The setting is a vibrant rain forest gorge filled with large trees, boulders, and various plants. You’ll soak in the natural sounds and sights, providing a scenic break from the beach.

  • Typically open Monday through Saturday, with tours at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM.
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Lockers, washrooms, a gift shop, and a full bar are available on-site. Professional photo and video packages are also offered as personal cameras are restricted for safety. 
  • Minimum height of 5 feet is generally required for the Challenge Course.
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
