Tis the season to be jolly, and what better way to embrace the festive spirit than with a calendar full of delightful events!
Recognizing the dedication and hard work of our incredible staff, we hosted a Staff Awards Gala to kick off the Christmas season and show our appreciation to our Cocobay Stars. We acknowledged the outstanding contributions of our team members, from the behind-the-scenes heroes to the front-and-center stars and would like to raise a toast to the individuals who make our Resort a truly special experience for our guests year-round.
The next day on our Christmas calendar was a holiday twist on our weekly Caribbean Barbeque showcasing traditional Caribbean Christmas dishes.
Another one of our restaurant theme nights, Pizza Night, had a festive revamp as well. We hosted a Christmas Movie Night featuring the Christmas classics Home Alone 1 and 2 while our guests enjoyed dinner and a show.
Our Cocoa Café was also in the Christmas spirit serving up an assortment of seasonal treats to tantalize your taste buds from Christmas cookies to Yole tide coffee drinks.
Next up, against the backdrop of the Caribbean Sea and the gentle lull of the waves, we were joined for an evening filled with the timeless charm of “Carols on the Cliff”. While under the hum of festive tunes, guests savored specialty cocktails crafted with holiday cheer by our renowned bartenders Vincia and Lisa. There were also delectable tapas grilled live on our teppanyaki grill, creating a culinary symphony that perfectly complements the harmonious atmosphere.
We ended off the Christmas season and entered the New Year with a bang with our annual All White Party followed by our annual New years Eve Gala. Guests came out in their best dress as usual to mix and mingle.
From caroling on the cliffside to ringing in the New Year, each event added a touch of sparkle to your holiday festivities. Join us in making Christmas 2024 a season to remember!
