Once your extras are booked and ready to go, we do understand that things happen, and you may want to reschedule or perhaps cancel your extras to make room for another exciting activity. Please appreciate that we’d like to be able to provide the same services for another guest in your place.
To avoid incurring the full cost of your Resort Extras, kindly provide us with 24-hour notice of cancellation before your appointment to allow someone else the option to book in your place instead.
